Please contact us within 7 days after you received your order. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) should be in original packaging. Exchanges are available only for in stock items. We only accept returned item(s) that have been directly purchased from CasualMojo.com.

We apologize but at this moment only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are considered final sales.




Pending Refunds


If after contacting us and a refund is approved and issued but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank. Then contact your credit card company as it may take a few business days for your refund is post. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.




Cancel My Order


Please contact us within the first 12 hours after your order. We will try to stop the order before it ships. After the first 12 hours, the order may be shipped and can not be canceled. Should the buyer decide to not keep purchased items, they will be responsible for returning the items at their cost.

Please contact us within the first 24 hours after your order. We will try to update the order before it ships. After the first 24 hours, the order may be shipped and can not be changed.
