Once an understanding of the human condition is acquired, we shift our focus towards developing methods to improve mental and emotional health.  Introducing... the Pudge Nuggets!  Cute little bite-sized morsels of affirmation and positivity for your soul... and sometimes tummy.  A steady diet of these yummy nuggs may lead to a happier, more squishable outlook on life.
